1. Seller and scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Krewness, operated by Krewness LLC. They work together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

2. Product information and availability

We aim to present accurate titles, descriptions, images, variants, compatibility details, condition, and availability. Display colors can vary. Products remain subject to availability, quantity limits, and any restrictions disclosed before purchase.

3. Ordering and contract formation

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. The sale is accepted when we confirm fulfillment or dispatch, unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may reject or cancel orders affected by unavailable stock, payment failure, fraud concerns, legal restrictions, or an obvious pricing error and will refund any captured amount.

4. Price, currency, tax, and discounts

The product price, currency, discount, shipping charge, applicable tax, and final total are displayed before payment. The expected market currency is USD; the amount and currency confirmed in checkout control. Promotion-specific conditions apply where disclosed.

5. Payment

Only payment methods actually offered in checkout are accepted. Payment is processed by the provider shown at checkout. Authorization or capture timing can vary by method. Customers must be authorized to use the selected method and provide accurate billing information.

6. Changes and cancellations

Contact support@krewness.com or +1908401493 immediately to request an address correction or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts. Dispatched orders follow the return process.

7. Fulfillment and delivery

Orders are dispatched from supplier-operated fulfillment warehouses in United States. The specific warehouse may vary by product and stock availability. Available services, charges, and estimates are shown before payment and are further described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk and legal title transfer according to applicable law and the confirmed delivery arrangement.

8. Returns, refunds, and remedies

Eligibility, the 30-day request window, return method, return-shipping responsibility, exceptions, and refund timing are stated in the Refund Policy. Defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect items remain subject to remedies required by applicable consumer law.

9. Product warranties and proper use

Any manufacturer or product-specific warranty is stated on the product page or supplied documentation. Customers must follow safety, compatibility, installation, care, and use instructions. These terms do not replace statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability and force majeure

We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss or delay caused by events outside reasonable control.
